InfoSonics Corporation, one of the largest distributors of wireless handsets in the United States and Latin America, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to distribute i-mate^(TM) cellular handsets in the United States, Latin America and Canada. The i-mate^(TM) group of companies is a developer and supplier of high-end Smartphones, specializing in the Microsoft^(R) Windows Mobile^(TM) operating system. These devices are sold under the i-mate^(TM) brand and supported by related content and services.

The new higher-end Smartphones will broaden our product portfolio and help our carrier customers increase their average revenue per user, particularly for the business user.
