BenQ-Siemens P51

The BenQ-Siemens P51 first revealed at CeBIT 2006 is an updated version of the P50, the Pocket PC phone supports EDGE technology and runs the Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system. The P51 smart phone also provides W-Lan and VoIP with incorporated GPS receiver, offering the user a total communication and navigation device.

The P51 from BenQ-Siemens also incorporates into its compact (122 x 60 x 20 mm) and lightweight (170 grams) design a 1.3 megapixel camera with flash, a 2.83” QVGA display (240 x 320 px) and 128MB of SDRAM. Furthermore, the P51 is powered by a 1370 mAh battery, providing up to 4 hours talk time and 150 hours on standby.

BenQ-Siemens P51 should be available sometime during the third quarter of 2006, no pricing information is currently available.
