The Motorola RAZR V3c contains a 2.2-inch, 65,000-color internal screen featuring 176 x 220 pixel resolution and 30 MB of available memory. Although the Motorola RAZR V3c lacks an SDIO slot for connectivity, the Motorola RAZR V3c does support Bluetooth for transferring data. The Motorola RAZR V3c sports a number of bells and whistles, among them an integrated speakerphone and a 1.3-megapixel digital camera with 4x digital zoom that doubles as a video camcorder.
The Motorola RAZR V3c also offers support for standard IMAP4, POP3, and SMTP e-mail accounts. In addition to text, multimedia, and instant-messaging capabilities, the Motorola RAZR V3c offers Internet access by way of an integrated WAP 2.0 Web browser

The camera is decent, but since the Motorola RAZR V3c has no flash, picture quality is obviously poor in low-light conditions. You can also take videos with the Motorola RAZR V3c. While not being great, it can be fun. The speaker phone is really very nice on the Motorola RAZR V3c. We made some test calls and most of the folks we spoke to didn’t even realize they were on speaker phone.

Thankfully the Motorola RAZR V3c was just released for the Verizon network about a week or two ago. Part of me wanted to wait for the Treo 700w smartphone, but its release date is still uncertain and I didn’t want to spend $300-$500 it would cost when available. The Motorola RAZR V3c does almost everything I could want it to: Bluetooth, 1.3 megapixel camera, EVDO, MP3 playback, and more. Best of all, I was able to get it for one hundred bucks after rebates and my New Every Two discount. You can’t beat that!
